Afniah Consultants was assigned to develop building elevations. In this project we practiced the development of all Al Mouwasat Hospital elevation through multi stages of design analysis. The main goal was to create a combination of local and contemporary design approaches. The “Rawashin’’ were the main inspiration behind the design of the elevation. In the past, they were created to enhance the quality of life in traditional Hijazi Architecture. Local and contemporary design patterns can be combined to create a post modern pattern.
