The design team at Afniah Engineering Consultancy Company has completed the design of a large residential project consisting of approximately 284 villas and residential units, located on an area of at least 80,700 square meters within the Sidra community in Riyadh. This project is part of a joint collaboration with "Roshan" and "Ajdan" real estate development companies.



This comes after 10 months of the agreement signed by "Ajdan" for real estate development and "Roshan," which is owned by the Public Investment Fund, to purchase and develop a vast area of villa lands in the model "Sidra" community. Sidra is one of the distinguished residential communities located near King Khalid International Airport in the northeastern part of the capital city, Riyadh.
